Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, Indiana Code § 5-14-3, I am requesting an electronic copy of the current Jennings County Emergency Management Agency policy governing the use of drones or unmanned aircraft systems.

Please include any current written policy, standard operating procedure, protocol, guideline, amendment, or other document governing EMA drone operations.
