Pursuant to the Indiana Access to Public Records Act, I am requesting the current City of North Vernon councilmanic district map.

This request includes, but is not limited to:

The current map showing the boundaries for North Vernon City Council Districts 1, 2, 3, and 4.

Any legal descriptions, exhibits, attachments, GIS files, shapefiles, PDFs, image files, or scanned maps associated with Ordinance 1022-2025 / Ordinance 25-001, “Modifying Councilmanic Districts,” adopted by the North Vernon City Council on January 13, 2025.

Any map or district boundary documentation filed with, sent to, or received from the Jennings County Clerk, Jennings County Election Office, or any other office in connection with the current councilmanic districts.

If the City does not maintain the requested map or related district boundary records, please identify which office or official has custody of them.

Please provide the records electronically.

Please confirm receipt of this request and respond within the timeframe required by Indiana law.
